Feature Introduction
Hotspots allow users to enhance the details of a virtual space by adding multimedia files and links. This feature supports the addition of various types of tags within any location in a scene, including text, images, audio, video, external links, and navigation. Users can manage the content of these tags to enrich the virtual environment.Hotspots are interactive elements that can significantly enhance user engagement and interactivity within a virtual tour.
Hotspot Display Settings
In the hotspot list, you can adjust the size and display range of all hotspots uniformly. This adjustment applies to all hotspots within the current scene. This feature allows for consistent presentation and interaction across the virtual tour, ensuring that hotspots are easily noticeable and accessible to users. By managing these settings, users can enhance the overall user experience by maintaining a clean and organized layout that facilitates navigation and interaction with the virtual environment.
Adding Hotspots
To add a hotspot:

Click "Add Hotspot" on the canvas.

Select the desired placement location within the space.

Right-click to place the hotspot.
Adjusting Hotspot Position
Once a hotspot is added, you can adjust its position, angle, and orientation using the toolbar located at the top of the canvas. You can also set the hotspot to automatically align vertically with the ground.
Editing Hotspots
To edit a hotspot, first choose the type of hotspot you want to add. The available hotspot types include:

Text: A text popup that can include audio and links.

Image: A popup with one or more images, which can also include text, audio, and links.

Video: A single video popup that can include text and links.

Webpage: A popup with an embedded webpage, where the popup size is customizable.

Jump Link: A link that, when clicked, navigates to a target page. This can open in the current page or in a new one.

Play Audio: A segment of audio.

Jump Scene: A link that, when clicked, navigates to a perspective within the current scene or another scene.

No Event: Displays no content and is used solely for positioning.
These options allow for versatile and interactive enhancements within the virtual space, enabling users to provide additional context, information, or navigation options through strategically placed hotspots.
Modifying Hotspot Icons
When editing a hotspot, you can change its icon by selecting from system icons or uploading a custom icon. If you choose to upload a custom icon, it must meet the following specifications:

Resolution: 512x512 pixels

File Size: Less than 100KB
-
Format: JPG/JPEG or PNG
Advanced Settings
In the advanced settings, you can further customize the appearance of the hotspot icon by:

Tag Icon Visibility: Icons can be hidden only if the title is displayed.

Adjusting Scale Change the size of the icon.

Background Color: Choose a background color for the icon.

Modifying Leader Line: Adjust the length and width of the line connecting the icon to its label.
These customization options allow for a tailored visual presentation of hotspots, ensuring they fit seamlessly into the virtual environment and meet specific design requirements.
Editing Hotspot Titles
By default, hotspot titles are hidden. You can choose to unhide them and make further customizations by accessing the advanced settings. Here, you can adjust the following attributes:

Keyword: Add or edit keyword associated with the hotspot.

Font Size: Adjust the size of the title text.

Color: Change the color of the title text.

Background Color: Set a background color for the title.
Setting Hotspot Popup Styles
For hotspots that include text, images, videos, or web page popup, you can choose between two popup styles:

Follow Hotspot: This style keeps the popup anchored to the hotspot, providing a contextual and localized display that moves with the hotspot's position.

Fullscreen Display: This style expands the popup to cover the entire screen, offering an immersive and detailed view of the content.
These options allow for flexibility in how information is presented, catering to different user experiences and content types within the virtual environment.
5、Editing Hotspot Content
The content of a hotspot varies depending on its type. By selecting "Show More Content," you can add supplementary and expanded content to the basic information provided in the hotspot.
Previewing Hotspots
To preview a hotspot, you have two options:

Click the Hotspot Icon: Directly click on the hotspot icon to preview the hotspot content. This allows you to quickly see the hotspot in action from its position within the scene.

Use the Preview Button: Click the "Preview" button located in the upper right corner to view the hotspot in the display page. This provides a broader context for how the hotspot appears within the overall environment.
Popup Styles for Image Hotspots

Follow Hotspot: When the popup is set to "Follow Hotspot," the image popup appears anchored to the hotspot, providing a contextual view that moves with the hotspot's position.

Fullscreen Display: When the popup is set to "Fullscreen Display," the image expands to cover the entire screen, offering a more immersive experience.
