Preview
During the editing process or after all content has been finalized, you can preview your tour by clicking the "Preview" button located in the upper right corner. This feature allows you to see how the tour will appear to users and make any necessary adjustments before finalizing.
Display End Preview
-
Temporary Preview Link: The preview generates a temporary link that can be shared for external access, allowing clients or stakeholders to review the tour. This link is particularly useful for obtaining feedback or approval before the final publication.
-
Validity: The temporary preview link is valid for 1 hours, providing a limited time window for external parties to view the tour.
This preview functionality ensures that you can effectively review and share your tour with others, facilitating collaboration and approval processes before the tour goes live.
Scene activate
When publishing a project, the platform checks for any inactive scenes and prompts you to activate them before proceeding with the publication. For new users, the platform provides free 3D model activation vouchers. These vouchers are automatically matched and used on the activation page to activate the relevant models. Currently, activating panoramic images is free. This process ensures that all necessary elements are active and ready for the project to be fully functional and accessible upon publication.
Tour Publishing and Sharing
After completing the editing of your tour, you can proceed to publish it by clicking the "Publish" button. Once the tour is successfully published, a formal access link is generated. This link can be used to share the tour with others.
Sharing Options
-
Public Sharing: By clicking the "Share" button, you can make the tour publicly accessible, allowing anyone with the link to view it.
-
Encrypted Sharing: For more controlled access, you can choose to encrypt the link. This option adds a layer of security, ensuring that only users with the correct credentials can access the tour.
These sharing options provide flexibility in how you distribute your tour, whether you want it to be widely accessible or restricted to specific audiences.
