Navigation Bar

Definition

The navigation is a user interface element that is displayed by default when a user enters a tour. It serves as a card-based navigation system that allows users to quickly access different spaces or perspectives within a space.

Navigation Bar Hierarchy

The navigation bar supports up to three levels:

  1. First Level: Scene Group
    • Presented as text links.
    • Each project has a default scene group.
    • Users can add scene groups and associate them with imported scenes.
    • A scene cannot be imported into the same scene group more than once, but different scene groups can associate with the same scene.
  2. Second Level: Scene Bar
    • This level consists of scene card bars.
  3. Third Level: Viewpoint Bar
    • Corresponds to perspectives set within a scene or independently imported panoramas and models.

Display Settings for the Navigation Bar

  • Display navigation bar: Default is “on.” If turned off, the navigation bar will not be displayed on the front end.
  • Expanded navigation bar by default: Default is “on.” If turned off, the navigation bar will be collapsed by default.
  • Display view card: Default is “on.” If turned off or if the current scene has no new viewpoint, the viewpoint bar will not be displayed in that scene.
  • Select First Scene When Switching Groups: Default is “off.” meaning the canvas remains unchanged when switching groups. If turned on, the first scene of the default group will open when switching scene groups.

  • Subsequent scenes must be manually added by clicking ”Add Scene” in the editing card on the right, associating it with imported scenes in the tour.
  • Scenes can be renamed, have their cover changed, or be deleted.

Viewpoint

  • Select a scene and click “Add Viewpoint” to choose“Capture Viewpoint” or “Select Scene”.
  • Clicking “Capture Viewpoint” enters the viewpoint capture interface; click ”Save” to complete the addition.
  • If the viewpoint to be added does not belong to the current scene, click “Select Scene”, enter the viewpoint capture pop-up, and click “Save Perspective” to complete the addition.
  • Completed perspectives can be renamed, have their cover changed, or be deleted.

Front-end Display

  • Clicking a “Scene Group” directly jumps to the corresponding scene group.
  • Clicking a "Scene Card" switches to the corresponding scene.
  • Clicking a "Viewpoint Card" within a scene directly jumps to the corresponding viewpoint or switches to the viewpoint of the corresponding scene.
